✅ Returns — Within 10 Days
We accept returns on eligible items within 10 days of delivery. To qualify:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- Must be in original packaging with tags attached
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
We are a limited-production brand, so this timeframe ensures availability for others who may be waiting for their piece of inspiration.
🚫 Items Not Eligible for Return
- Items marked Final Sale
- Customized, tailored, or made-to-order items
- Digital products, including downloadable magazine issues
- Gift cards
🔁 Exchanges
- Exchanges are accepted if requested within 10 days and the item is available.
- If the requested item is out of stock, you may choose:
- A store credit
- A refund to your original payment method
Shipping fees for exchanges may apply unless the item was incorrect or defective.
💳 Refunds
- Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
- Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless we made a mistake.
🚚 Return Instructions
- Email returns@sapphiremagazine.net within 10 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll send return instructions and a shipping address.
- Ship your item using a trackable service.
- We’ll notify you once we’ve received and processed your return.
⏱️ We recommend mailing the return promptly—items received beyond the 10-day window may not be eligible for refund or exchange.
📦 Returns Must Be in Original Condition
Returned items must be in the same condition in which they were received. Any item that appears:
- Worn or washed
- Altered or customized
- Stained, scuffed, or damaged after delivery
- Missing original packaging or tags
Will not be accepted for return or refund. If we receive a return that doesn’t meet our quality standards, we’ll notify you and ship it back to you at your expense.
🛠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos and order details. We’ll take care of it immediately, at no cost to you.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise specified.
- We are not responsible for lost return packages—please use a trackable shipping method.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.
